Coach Vincent is currently the Head Skills Instructor for the Florida Panthers in the National Hockey League. Having previously worked with Florida, Tampa Bay, Chicago, Boston and New Jersey, Coach Vincent is a world renowned leader in the Skating and Skills Development field and is regarded as the one of best in the industry.

Ron specializes in hockey biomechanics and has founded two international research companies evaluating skating, puck control and physiology in the game of hockey. He has been certified by Hockey Canada as an elite coach and has won multiple Coach of the Year awards at both the amateur and junior levels.

Rob is the founder of NewEdge Hockey Development Academy and NewEdge Strength Centers. In addition to minor hockey players, Rob works with a number of professionals including players from the NY Islanders, Florida Panthers, Las Vegas Golden Knights, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Buffalo Sabres. Rob is a pro-level contributor to IHS and has been featured in multiple hockey publications for his skating and skills coaching.
